Diriyah Company has signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) with BSF to strengthen cooperation in investment and luxury real estate, deepen engagement with private banking clients, and develop financial and banking solutions.
The agreement aims to strengthen cooperation between the two organizations and support Diriyah Company’s efforts to develop, operate and manage a diverse portfolio of mixed-use assets across the Diriyah masterplan, authentic najdi-style mixed-use urban community.
The MoU was signed by Jerry Inzerillo, GCEO of Diriyah Company, and Mohammed Abdulrahman Alsheikh, Chief Personal Banking Officer at BSF. The agreement is effective for one year, during which a joint team from the two organizations will advance areas of cooperation and implement agreed initiatives through dedicated action plans.
The partnership will include initiatives tailored to private banking clients and provide Shariah-compliant financing solutions designed to support investment opportunities across Diriyah.
Commenting on the agreement, Jerry Inzerillo, GCEO of Diriyah Company, said: “This memorandum reflects our vision of creating an integrated investment experience that connects quality of life with exceptional real estate opportunities in Diriyah. Through our partnership with BSF, we will help expand access to Diriyah’s projects for a broader range of investors and clients, further strengthening Diriyah’s position as a global destination for living, investment and culture.”
Mohammed Abdulrahman Alsheikh, Chief Personal Banking Officer at BSF, said: “At BSF, we are proud of our partnership with Diriyah Company, which reflects our commitment to supporting national projects through integrated financial solutions that enrich the investment, financing and lifestyle experience. This partnership also builds on the Bank’s role in developing strategic relationships aligned with the goals of Saudi Vision 2030, delivering sustainable value that meets our clients’ aspirations and responds to their evolving needs.”
Under the MoU, BSF’s private banking clients will receive exclusive offers, while the two organizations will develop integrated investment packages combining Diriyah’s luxury real estate offerings with BSF’s financial services. They will also launch joint marketing campaigns highlighting Diriyah’s position as a leading investment destination and organize exclusive events and experiences designed to enhance client experience and create new opportunities for collaboration.
The partnership supports the objectives of Saudi Vision 2030 by strengthening private-sector participation and expanding access to investment opportunities, while reinforcing Diriyah’s position as a global destination to visit, live and invest.
The Diriyah project aims to attract 50 million visits annually by 2030 and accommodate more than 100,000 residents upon completion. It is expected to create more than 180,000 jobs and contribute SAR 70 billion to the Kingdom’s GDP.
Diriyah will also feature 34 international hotels and resorts, more than 18,000 residential units, seven museums, a university, several schools and numerous cultural assets. Together, these elements are intended to realize a comprehensive vision that brings together the area’s rich heritage, vibrant present and evolving future.
