How to register

Stage 1

Request for registration process

First click on "Become a Vendor", then fill in the information and submit. Diriyah Company will then review the request.

Stage 2

Registration process

The registration questionnaires will reach the vendor for them to fill in and submit, then Diriyah Company will review the submitted vendor registration.

Stage 3

Qualification process

Diriyah Company will send qualification questionnaires to the vendor based on the categories selected during the registration process; the vendor then needs to fill in the required information Diriyah Company will then review the support documents and approve if we have no further comments.

Registration and Qualification FAQ

I am already a registered vendor with Diriyah Company. Do I need to register again?

Yes.

However, please use your current registration login details to update your current version of the questionnaire. There are additional questions that need answering and certificates that are required. If your registration is not compliant for over 3 months, Diriyah Company may have to deactivate your profile

I am a registered vendor with Diriyah Gate Development Authority (DGDA). Can I use the same profile to work with Diriyah Company?

No.

DGDA and Diriyah Company are different entities with separate platforms and registration processes. If you want to continue with DGDA only, then there is no need to register with Diriyah Company.

I was sent an email from [email protected] – is this spam?

No.

We have already registered, but we have not received any RFPs yet. What should we do?

Vendors are invited as per the categories specified in the vendor registration questionnaires; you can revise your responses by specifying additional categories within your scope.

I represent an international company but I am signing up on behalf of our Saudi branch. Shall I select “local” or “international” for vendor type?

Local.

Any vendors registering with a Saudi Commercial Registration should select “local” when specifying vendor type.
